  • Our studio offers a variety of beginner-friendly classes designed to help you ease into your fitness journey. If you’re interested in strength training or higher-impact workouts, we recommend starting with our Strength or Hybrid Circuit classes. These sessions focus on building a solid foundation in functional movement, endurance, and overall strength, making them a great entry point for those new to structured training.

For those looking to explore Pilates, we advise beginning with our Essential classes. These foundational sessions are designed to teach you the basics of each modality, ensuring that you learn proper form and how to safely operate the equipment. Starting with Essential classes will help you feel more confident and allow for a smoother transition into more advanced sessions.

  • Everyone is welcome to join our beginner-level classes, regardless of experience. These sessions are designed to help you build confidence and develop a strong foundation at your own pace.

However, for Elevate and Pulse classes, we have specific prerequisites listed under our Group Classes section. This ensures that you have the necessary skills and experience to participate safely and effectively in more advanced sessions.

  • If you have an injury or health condition, we require you to obtain clearance from your doctor before joining our classes. This ensures that you can return to exercise safely and participate in a way that supports your recovery and well-being.

Once cleared, let our instructors know about any limitations or modifications you may need. We're here to help you move safely while still getting the most out of your workout!

  • We truly care about your well-being. Our Strength and Hybrid Circuit classes can be a great option for prenatal clients with doctor’s clearance, but we understand that every journey is unique. While our Pilates group classes are designed for the general population, we recommend private training sessions for a more tailored approach, ensuring baby and you feel safe, supported, and confident every step of the way.
