Meet Dawn – your guide to strength, movement, and unstoppable energy. With over 10 years of experience, she’s dedicated to helping women unlock their full potential, whether through the mindful flow of Reformer Pilates or the high-intensity challenge of Hybrid Circuit. In her Pilates sessions, she focuses on core strength, flexibility, and body awareness, building confidence with every movement. In Hybrid Circuit, she’s your biggest cheerleader—but also the one who won’t let you quit. When she says, “just one more round,” you might roll your eyes, but you’ll leave feeling stronger and more capable than ever.

Dawn’s coaching style is all about empowerment, support, and a little tough love. She understands the juggle of daily life and reminds you that you’re strong enough for it all. She’ll make you laugh, push you past your limits, and leave you feeling like you can take on anything—because, spoiler alert, you can.
